Lebanon is an incredibly beautiful, dynamic and diverse country that has faced enormous challenges in recent years. Now, the situation is worsening due to the ripple effects from the war in Ukraine.


In the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon – about 30 kilometers East of Beirut — and in Saida in the south on the Mediterranean Coast, we’re collaborating with local orgs and communities to build inclusive, sustainable economic development.
Our CEO, Tjada D’Oyen McKenna, visited in April of this year, meeting with partners to discuss challenges and triumphs, and plan for the coming months.
